Marketing assistant

Part-time

Marketing depends on constant follow-up, monitoring and maintenance.

Your role would be to assist in ensuring a smooth flow in organizational matters as well as on-time and professional delivery of all communication.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and send out mailings, advertisements and campaigns

Organize distribution of marketing material

Update website

Draft flyers and course descriptions

Attend meetings and draft follow-up proposals

Hours/Environment

A meeting in the office would be required once a week to discuss activities.

Mailings and work can be done from home.

Hours depend largely on work load and should be flexible.

Skills and interests

Interest in the field of healing/Mind over matter/psychology

Good organizational and planning skills

Customer orientation

Excellent written and verbal communication preferably English and Arabic

World Hypnotism Day is a vehicle in which to demonstrate to the people of the world the truth and benefits of the honorable and timeless practice of hypnotism. On 4th January, and throughout the month of January, hundreds of hypnotism professionals in all corners of the world combine their efforts presenting free and low cost events in their area to introduce the truths and dispel the myths and misconceptions of hypnosis, and educate thousands of people about the benefits it offers any individual desiring personal change.

Hypnosis is known especially in the areas of weight loss, smoking cessation and stress management, but is effectively used in different areas such as Childbirth, sleeping problems, learning skills, fears and phobias, pain management, dentistry, anxiety, and many more…
